We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Wollongbar Motel for accommodation discounts. A Booking Discount is Available for attendants of the event, detailed below. The Discount can be used for bookings by calling the office (02 6685 8200). There are multiple room options available for Athletes and Attendees.

They require a 30% non-refundable deposit on all rooms at the time of booking. Then the remaining amount will be taken 2 days prior to arrival.
There are 2 rooms which are ground floor, wheelchair friendly, and 1 room which is semi-wheelchair friendly (a smaller ramp).

Thursday March 14 – Saturday March 23. we have several hut, lodge and camping options for different size groups and budgets:
4 X Glamping-style Hippy Huts which sleep 5 guests with bathroom, deck and cooking facilities including BBQ. $1770 for 9 nights based on two guests. Additional guests will incur a fee of $27 per night.
7 X Ensuite Lodges which sleep 2 guests with a private bathroom and air con.
Price for an Ensuite Lodge will be $1150 for 9 nights.
14 X Lodges with shared amenities which sleep 3.
Price for a Lodge with shared amenities will be $930 for 9 nights based on two guests. Any additional guest will incur a fee of $27 per night.
25 X Powered Campsites suitable for campervans, motorhomes and tents.
Price will be $568 per campsite for 9 nights based on two guests. Additional guests will incur a fee of $27 per night and maximum site capacity is six people.
